I just blew my neck and back out to go along with severe insomnia. Its after 8am Chicago time, Friday morning and this is a bad one. Im stuck in bed for easily the next 48-72 hours. Thankfully, the churches back catalog is within reach cuz its gonna get a work out. Gonna start with Magicians …. ( I love that cd especially the extended version copy). This really sux, I was having an ok week since my fall last week on the ice. My new guitar arrived- she’s ever mans dream, crazy crazy action on the solid unfinished maple neck. Now I have to heavily medicate- 6mg of Hydromorphone and 15 mg of Valium every 4 hours . Yeah- im pretty much fuckd and really worried about february 20th when my ‘pain specialist’ goes into C6C7 with pain block and anti inflammatories (steroids). I hope everyone else has a safe, healthy, fun weekend.
Todays blog entry made me laugh, u r a great dad and patient also with 3 angels in the Falcon shopping for shoes.

Thanks every1…im more than 24 hours into this episode and the narcs haven’t even budged it. Think im in the long haul of bed rest. I hate being stuck in bed with feet elevated – this sure isn’t living but this is my life and I have tried it all, and I just have to wait to my inner process choses to turn down the pain level on its own, jazz only helps by sparking me into another climate, it does get my mind off the severity of what’s at hand. Thanks again to the well-wishers. This extended family makes me want to just sit down for a long meal together and get started on knowing ever1 a bit better, Steve had created a universe that’s warm- loving- and compassionate towards each other, complete frigging strangers. We always will be in great debt to u, SK, for that.

In short, a month or so ago, maybe more, on the church merch HOB said “Remastered” and i placed an order, with other merch stuff to go along with it, but now says it is out of print, out of stock, etc. So, just wondering if you guys sold or are selling the HOB Remasterd CD, or was that a typo, or will you be coming out with new HOB Remaster with extras? Regarding your post comments yesterday, I did my history research and I came up with the #72. That’s 72 promised virgins. America dies have to field the lump of blame for much of bin Laden. In 1987 he and his radical extremists were gathered together- provided intel and tons upon tons of American made weaponry to ‘assist’ in the Russian/Afghan war. And when Russia retreated which provided the bin Laden lead groups a sizeable jihad victory, he made his one phone call to collect his ‘winnings’ and to his dismay, his ‘handlers’ must have behaved as if he was never heard of or promised anything…an infuriated extremist in the desert with American made, unused weapons and training camps at his disposal…and a grudge based on false promises…how did anyone really belive it was all gonna turn out. Read your history peeps. Big problem with my country is not cashing the check we wrote in the first place, and just tossing it on top if the puke and call it : National Debt.

skipping through the cosmos with galaxy shoes…..kewl.
The animal kingdom was silent last night, enraptured like the rest of us.
Elephants were swaying their trunks to the music, giraffes reaching even higher to get a better view, the penguins were dancing with their happy feet, the monkeys were smiling and swinging from tree to tree.
We were just happy to be there.
From Angel Street to the rockingest instrumental ever, everything you guys did was amazing. I don’t know if I’ve ever seen the church so cohesive, playing together so happily and giving your all. 10 out of 10, but even that seems lame.

The Zoo gig is up there as one of my fave gigs.
Didn’t hear any roars or snores from the animals, did u let them out?
The planets, animals and humans aligned as one to witness what had to be in my humble opinion one of the bands stand out gigs.
From the moment the first guitar string was plucked and the drumstick hit the skins the band were on fire from first note to last.
Song choices were brilliant, which included many of my best loved songs. Your banter and fitness levels were crowd pleasers.
Highlight (tough as it was to pick one) was the jam on stage that went for about 10mins as the guitars hit fever pitch, what a song, didn’t want the gig to end. As they all do, they fly by way too quick.
Thank u and the band for one of the best gigs I have been to.
Hope there’s many more to come.
