children
ive gone completely mad for you
hush now
dont complain
my purse is haemorrhaging
my chariot is wheelless
i sing a song outside the door
i walk a lonely path
lost but unable to lose myself
the words faltering
the picture wavering
the thoughts clotting in my head
gonna be hard to get out of this one
havent got the right stuff
cant see a way out
gotta keep moving tho
gotta keep breathing
roll the dice man
wheres yer double six double six double six ?
gotta get an iron in the fire
gotta get a fire in yer backbone
gotta carryon as if nothing really matters
and how can it?

Don’t give up sk, especially if it’s financial stuff that’s worrying you, it WILL sort itself out somehow. This time of year is always stressful for most of us. But I hope it’s not a health issue and you’re ok, I’m really worried about you now! I’ll send my contribution to TTB soon too, to say thanx for the music and words.
    Take care and love2u,
    Amanda

    Good evening,

You once provided some very good feedback on guitars which led to the purchase of a very fine Fender bass. I now humbly seek your advice on the acoustic variety.

    Two words.

    Cole Clark.

I know you play a Guild but they looks kinda outta my price range at Billy Hyde etc. so I’m wondering if you have any advice on this type. As my bucks are few I need as much bang for them as possible.

Most grateful for any feedback at all.

    Merci,

    B.Bon

Bon, feel free to shoot me an email..follow the links etc..so as I can have your email address. I'm a fanatic on this subject (wood, acoustics etc) so am more than happy to share some thoughts with you about this if you so wish.

Either way, have a great night bon & all, ross.

The concept in this narrative reminds me of Peter Gabriel’s ‘Don’t Give Up’ with Kate Bush. You speak in universal language.

Forgiveness is also worthwhile. You should try it on yourself.

    hello everyone
not much time to write lately…working too hard for my tastes. hands and wrists hurt from painting. been keeping up with my reading though…love mondays…beautiful.

    take care everyone
    mark

ps- steve i dreamed last night that you had a room at my house and were staying here for a couple of weeks. very peaceful…you’d stay in your room and write and paint mostly. at night after our kids were asleep, you, my wife and i would get stoned talk about things, and listen to music. like i said…pretty peaceful…not too eventful…nice though.

Doesn’t it always seem that when the shit hits the fan it all hits at once? You can’t just have a little shit hitting the fan…nooooooo, there has to be a whole mess of it splattered all over. Not much you can do but keep going.

Yep. As a wise man once said

    “All things must pass “

fortunately this rule applies to the bad times too.

these times too will soon be gone.
