opening in

opening in

burnished speared flanks advance through desert

drinking lambarene laughing like fools

men harder than rock yet elusive like snow

a sea gurgles underneath us here somewhere i know it

under limestone and black plates the teaming grey waters

under cities and fields deep in some darkness

deep in some nightmare

approach it with caution

its energetic influence is staggering

a violent churning sensation then calm

adrift in some faery tale bliss you never notice this

white canvas of sky

the clouds are a smear on chinese pearl

heaven goes on and on forever as if in a painting

the happy peoples of earth rejoice

they care for everything

they kill nothing

to everything its own sweet life

to be lived in peace and ahimsa

    She stepped forth
    at first
    lambenting sacrificed
    yet still not dead
    reborn as always
    so exalted
    stepped through
    scattered rattled spears
for the sake of dear ones
    she praised them for their
    solidity but not their boldness
    she raised them for their
    lightness but not their coldness
she babbled happily like a brook
    which they occasionally mistook
    for something unsettling
    they tried to resettle her
    in idealisation
yes they were correct to be in
    awe but not fear
    she promised them
    an abstract extrapolation of
    herself extending for never
    it seemed dream
    the joy she contained
    he refrained
    she nurtured naturally
    and taught him similar
    they noticed eachother
    like newborns in wonder
    she felt she never lived
    till she heard hymn

Hi Steve. It took me a while, but I think I’ve come up with some suitable images for Knowing You Are In This World:

    I hope you like it.

I’ve been down and i’m wondering why
these little black clouds keep walkin’ around
    to me, with me
You waste time but i’d rather be high
i think i’ll walk me outside and buy a rainbow smile but they’re free, they are free
    So maybe tomorrow
    i’ll find my way home
    So maybe tomorrow
    i’ll find my way home
I look around at a beautiful life
i’ve been the upper side of down
    been the inside of out
    but we breathe, we breathe
I want a breeze and an open mind
i wanna swim in the ocean
wanna take my time for me, all me
    so maybe tomorrow
    i’ll find my way home
    so maybe tomorrow…

    Not mine
    but how I feel
    plenty of times.
