It's Tantalized 2009. Awesome!
What a beautiful song about Scarlet and nk, is that your kids singing in the chorus?…nice touch:)I could listen to this one forever!
Good song! Somehow the guitar reminds me of this by the Legends: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=atYivCbPV9Y.
Fantastic how you make those vids.Trolleri?
Loves it SK. Thanks so much. made my day!
Great, very Tin Lids.Cash in while they're still marketable.Anthony from the Wiggles does it.
All these extracts, some I note from recent blogs, slot well together, and the child's voice in the background works amazingly. However, with your wizardry it's hard to judge whether the voice is computer generated or for real? Another one I reckon I'll be humming all day!
Absolutely loved the storm bits too – but you'd know that already!!!
ya nailed it..gifts of the muse
Not bad, but the keyboard part is straight from The Cure's Lullaby, bro. Sorry.Oh, and you're not very comfortable performing without your bass are you?
Pretty cool song!I like the video too…chickens and really tall people in nice clothes 😀 can’t have too much of that 😉 strangely intriguing (It works!).xoxo
Steve Kilbey has got the knack. Very cool video. You should put this one up on your MySpace too.
I enjoyed this very much (o;great job!
That red ballon was shaped like a penis and balls. Sorry but that's funny dude. Made my giggle but didnt ruin it for me. great job! gonna watch for 3rd time now.
been listening since 83…and still get a little chill in the ol' spine when I hear a nice tune like this…
loved the child's voice in the chorus. was that one of your girls? belated happy birthday, steve.
Love it. Simple. Complex. Family. Genius.
check this out – made on Sept. 13 2009:
my bday present to you.
thanks for this one, sir…..very enjoyable…also love the chooks….
imagine all the songs like this hidden somewhere in time and on karmic hit cassettes.
could you tell us some time this week how that song came about?
when did it first come to you?
how long from then to when it was recorded?
Top Drawer Kensington!

really enjoying these little songs you're whipping up
I want to wish you a very happy, healthy (and belated) birthday, Steve, and many, many more…
Lovely video. I like the sweet young voices in in the background.
And remember, 55 is today's 40! You're going strong.
Steve! Upon having discovered my shallow 'n' unobservant ways as regards anniversaries and such… may I wish you Many Happy [BELATED] Returns etc? Happy Birthday to you etc! …etc!
a song in spades
I had bouncy castle fun last weekend and lightening strikes this weekend.I don't think you're supposed to have an emergency room outcome to the bouncy castle fun (not me, fellow bouncer) and now understand why they are really geared towards children. Hell of a good bouncy time despite the black and blue pinkie toe – would do it again in a new york minute.Great vid, me gusta mucho, Esteban.Cee, Danger Girl
…or Disaster Girl…dependent upon the trips to the ER.
I'm glad we had this time to talk……
you are such an artist, very 80's, nice demo
You should do a professional CDR run of a bunch of these tunes in some kind of semi-handmade rubber stamp art thing and charge like $20-30 a pop. That would generate some bucks for your blog without the grind of doing actual handmade discs and art, while still being reasonably priced "handmade" art.
Uh, and happy birthday too….
Enjoyed the immediacy of the visuals.Enjoyed the time jumps in the song. Lovely melody. Nicely played and recorded.Sounds like… who cares?Sounds good to my ears. That's enough for me.Thanks Steve
I love this! It keeps running through my brain. Sweet video too. Your girls look so happy…come to think of it, you look pretty happy too. Love the fun-house mirror parts.
September music month gets a big thumbs up from me. 🙂
on "changeling" nice editing. some make a career of this… what to see… how long to see it. u've got a knack 4 it i'm seeing… nice work & work it…
This is a very catchy tune! Excellent work Steve 🙂 Puff a luff, good stuff!

It's stikin' there like Crazy Glue!
I was at work and everyone kept askin' me if I was OK?
I said yea, changeling stuck in my brainthing.
I keep coming back for more and more of this cut!
