angular mood

more than i want all the gold

oblivion

more than i want all the drugs

oblivion

more than i want all the women

oblivion

more than i want all the fame

oblivion

more than i want all the blame

oblivion

more than i want this world and all the people in it

oblivion

more than i want endless life with its pleasures and its aches

oblivion

more than i want another scene

oblivion

more than i want another chance

oblivion

more than i want all the love

oblivion

oh to dissolve..!

dissolve, but then to re-coagulate in another form

pick up your brush, colour it x nurture self

So sorry to read some asshole has friggin robbed you(News page). Is that why no shop up as in Music catalogue? I was hoping to find info on your Bowie show tour? shouldn’t affect Bandcamp. surely Cdbaby will be accountable and have to recompense any losses. Hope it’s sorted out quickly.

O, that this too too solid flesh would melt
Thaw and resolve itself into a dew!
Or that the Everlasting had not fix’d
His canon ‘gainst self-slaughter! O God! God!
How weary, stale, flat and unprofitable,
Seem to me all the uses of this world!

    When life is so psychedelic
    You vacillate, oscillate, hallucinate
until suddenly, you’re a clean shaven relic
with a junkyard inside where a soul was to reside
    when once, you could decide.

but don’t, dude, get used to this,
because love and hope are cumulus.
And the Horsemen are seahorses, dead and piled next to us.

Somehow I’m doubting oblivion is all it’s cracked up to be. I’ve read negative reviews on influential websites. Personally, I’d prefer a good old-fashioned acid trip. But I’m a traditionalist.

the uncarved block…they say it’s potential is infinite, but its uses are trivial
we can become anything, and that’s just carving the block… always another metamorphosis

    We wade these atmospheres
    A mere anomaly of years
    Past every love we’ve lost
    And scar we’ve won
    Embodied, incarnate
In cells of selves we wait
    For the perfection of
    Sweet oblivion

    Every mountain forced to stand
Until released as grains of sand
Every star set to burn out
    As a sun
    Every particle in a spin
    Till heat death settles in
    Will be perfected in
    Sweet oblivion

    By luck or by curse
    We are this universe
    A flicker within the blaze
    With which we’re one
    Our uniform destinies
    Minus two seventy three degrees
    The perfection of
    Sweet oblivion

    (Oblivious in Figtree
    – Hoping you are well)
