lifelong song

the bull rushes the horse flies the buzz of yellow flower

the black lake the white swan almost upon it

slow worm asleep

the rabbit sniffs thunder far off somewhere

as we wander along

lovely little dream of albion

your skin holds the outside in

your mind of its own accord

the trees and the fences

the creeks and the ditches

the summers and winters

oh children i love you so much

a little picnic a little sleep

oh children i love you all so much

‘white swan almost upon it’ … in my jangled brain after hearing bad news today, my first thought was ‘why does something beautiful or innocent have to be owned or taken possession of?’ Then I saw the beauty of the image of the swan gliding apparently just above the surface, so things have taken on a different dimension. A sense of utter tranquility. Thank you for this today, for this oasis, for your loving voice. More love needed from everywhere in an often mad world.

Your pictures, painted with words or pastels, glow iridescent.

they are in their great innocence and beauty, make the world go round…blessed are the children….:)
Prayers for the angels who left Earth today,
hold your babies tight and let them know you love them every day……so so good to hear I love you and have those morning, afternoon and evening squeezes!Even when they are adults let them know often how much they are loved:)

    xx
