“Too evil to let go…”. Cool photo SK! My 9 year daughter just saw this photo – she loves snakes and she wanted me to write on here to tell you how she held the biggest python at The Reptile Park. Looks like you had a good day.

I bet this snake is a whole lot less vicious than some of the human variety you’ve dealt with over the years.
You’re in the music business after all…

    Oh my God! Snakes! Nasty!

I’ve often wondered how they could exist without eventually tying themselves into a knot…apparently, they are lubricated.

I guess I need more lube in my life…

Wonderful photo Steve. Lucky enough to be at your recent La Casa gig with my new love. Thankyou for a sublime evening. The photo is magically reminiscent of your fabulous song Reptile. A great CD cover

Ha, coincidentally I just relocated one of those from my chook pen tonight. I’ve gotten used to handling them out of necessity (one of the joys of living in the rural fringe), but it’s always a freaky experience. As you say, they’re heavier than might be expected and the feel of those muscles around your arm… not to mention those otherworldly reptile (diamond) eyes!

“Reptile”…the end of the song is one of the greatest transcending music I know, but it is too bad that each time I listen to it,I really want to catch its very last moment and each time I can’t. I turn up the volume as high as possible, but the only feeling I get is a big fear when “A New Season” begins 🙂
Oh, I suppose it has to be like this, Reptile the song must slither away like a real reptile…
